- Invites – 2 to 3 business days after proof is approved
- Vinyl Banners – 2 to 3 business days after order
- Tote Bags – 2 to 3 business days after order
TURNAROUND – Orders go into queue almost as soon as they are received. We begin working on orders usually the SAME or NEXT day from when the order is placed.
Please note: We are not responsible for item damage or loss during shipping, please double check your address as we will simply copy/paste what you provide, all of our shipments include delivery confirmation through USPS.
We generally ship USPS Priority Mail, this ensures that your package has tracking and should arrive within 2 – 3 shipping days anywhere in the US.
Priority Mail also includes $100 insurance on packages, if you need additional insurance coverage contact us and we can apply the appropriate charges.
Exact color match is not guaranteed. Most times all paper products are sent (excluding the plastic utensils).
Plastic is available upon request for an additional fee. Images on deluxe products are samples to give a general idea of colors that may be sent.
We send colors based on what is in stock. Solid white or black will be sent if no suitable colors are available.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Due to its customized nature, personalized and custom orders of MyStylishParty.com (Unlimited Party Themes,LLC) products can not be refunded or exchanged. Non-Personalized party items may be available for return if the item is unused, un-opened and undamaged. If your return/exchange is approved, you the buyer are responsible for return and new shipping fees. Unlimited Party Themes (MyStylishParty.com) can not be held responsible for shipping delays or lost packages by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other shipping provider we use. In the event of a delay we will provide a refund once we receive the package back or the insurance claim is approved.
On a very rare occasion we may have part of your order printed with 2 different manufacturers this may result in a very slight color difference.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING;

PACKAGE DELIVERED LATE OR LOST DUE TO DELIVERY COMPANY – Once we have shipped the package we have NO control over when it arrives, we take care to ship orders in a timely manner.
SLIGHT COLOR VARIANCE.
Every computer renders colors differently. Colors shown on your screen may slightly vary from the actual print depending on your settings. .
WRONG SIZE PURCHASED
Look carefully over listing description and size. We recommend measuring out a space before purchase. All sizes are listed width x height.
SMALL DETAIL ON LISTING NOT RECOGNIZED
This may include more or less art being shown than what was included in the listing. We are careful to make sure all names are well within our safety cut zone. Some are is deliberately in the crop zone.

With all that said If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your item.
